Healthcare Technical Solutions is a multi-layered digital marketing agency founded in 2009 on the wave of the digital transformation inside hospitals, globally with the electronic health records software activation and its resulting uprise of information technology.

Opening our doors in 2009, Healthcare Technical Solutions (HTS) came to be from the direct aftermath of a 150-year-old hospital system in New York City closing its doors, (sadly), and the launch of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) HITECH Act. HITECH encouraged health care providers to adopt electronic health records (EHR) and improve privacy and security protections for healthcare data. This was achieved through financial incentives for adopting EHRs and increased penalties for violations of the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
HTS continues to transform healthcare with its agency services model and open ecosystem of external partners. Specializing in health, wellness, and pharmaceutical strategy and marketing, we unite leadership in data and technology with a deep understanding of healthcare.
